I have some Facebook pet peeves.

They are listed here-- along with other different kinds of users I've noticed.

Yes, I wrote this myself.

1.     The one who updates their status every three hours and is hidden on everyone’s news feed because they don’t actually have anything interesting to say.

2.     The one that adds everyone, so they look cool with their 1,000+ friends. I judge you.

3.     The best friends that write on each other’s walls multiple times per day.

4.     The one that always tags you in bad pictures.

5.     The grandma that accidentally updates their status every time they try to write on someone’s wall.

6.     The one that pokes everyone.

7.     The one that comments on EVERYTHING.

8.     The one that changes their profile picture every week.

9.     The one that changes their profile picture every day.

10. The one that never changes their profile picture.

11. The one that writes, “Happy birthday!!!” on eight people’s walls every day.

12. The one that untags themselves in every. Single. Photo. Ever. Taken.

13. The note writer, and therefore the note tagger.

14. The one that always has depressing song lyrics as their status.

15. The one with the vague status updates that respond with more vague statements when people ask what’s wrong.

16. The married couple that shares a Facebook with a joint name, “Rita N Judd Johnson” and never clarifies who is posting what.

17. The one with 35 photo albums of crap.

18. The one that invites you to every event ever created in the history of creating events.

19. The one that freaks out anytime someone de-friends them.

20. The one that never updates anything.

21. The one who constantly deletes old comments/wall posts and makes you look like an idiot that talks to yourself.

22. The one that added you with 56 mutual friends, but you still don’t know.

23. The mom that friends her friends. And her friend’s kids. And her kids. And her kid’s friends. And her husband’s second cousins.

24. The one with that updates everything with their iPhone/Android and makes you hate your crappy “updated from mobile web” underscore.

25. The one that has some non-human object as their profile picture.

26. The chronic liker.

27. The chronic liker that likes your status two seconds after you post it. Every time. Without fail.

28. The one that has a Facebook, a Myspace, a Twitter, etc… and updates them all regularly.

29. The one that’s an addict.

30. The one that’s an addict but tries to make it seem like they aren’t.

31. The one with the kissing profile pictures.

32. The one that is a fan of every page in the whole Facebook universe.

33. The one that complains every time Facebook changes their layout.

34. The couple that switches between “single” and “in a relationship with” on a biweekly basis.

35. The one that shamelessly advertises their blog.

36. The one that always manages to use the incorrect there/their/they’re.

37. The one that still plays Farmville.

38. The one who uses their middle name on their profile.

39. The one from a foreign country with a strange name that adds strangers.

40. The one that has an album with the sole purpose of holding pictures of themselves.

41. The one that is always counting down to something.

42. The one that tags themselves in their own photos.

43. The one whose profile picture is always taken in the bathroom at a severe angle to make them look skinny.

44. The one whose eyebrows always irritate me.

45. The ten-year-old that lied about their age to make an account.

46. The one that doesn’t have a Facebook. {shockgaspdie}

I may or may not fall into several of these categories myself, but here's the thing:

I'm a hypocrite.

And the beauty of hypocrisy is that you can do the same things that annoy you! Ha!
